Wendy Tyrrell

Wendy Tyrrell is Managing Director of The Long View (thelongview.co) and a seasoned leader in the fields of sustainability and governance. With over 30 years’ experience, she works internationally in the realms of mining sustainability, ESG, and responsible sourcing. Wendy has held senior roles in ASX-listed companies and recently served as the Executive Director of the Development Partner Institute, an international non-profit organisation focused on development partnerships in the mining ecosystem.

Passionate about enhancing sustainability’s role across society and the environment, Wendy is focused on driving impactful initiatives that shape a more sustainable future.

Her expertise extends to both for-profit and non-profit board roles. She is a graduate and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is currently a Board member of Wildlife Victoria. Previous Board roles include the global Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative and Transparency International Australia, where she was Deputy Chair. She has also been a Director and Chair of EcoDetection, a commercial enterprise developing water monitoring technology.

With degrees in science and international relations, Wendy is developing new research expertise while pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration.

Scott North

Scott is focused on the resource industry and is the co founder of Kamoa Capital, a specialist advisory firm where he partners with clients across a wide range of areas including Strategy, M&A, Investor Relations, Capital Markets, Deal Structuring, and Project Origination. Through Kamoa Capital he works closely with boards, executives, and investors to develop tailored approaches that unlock value, strengthen positioning, and advance growth initiatives in an increasingly competitive market. His involvement spans the full cycle of business development, from identifying and shaping opportunities to structuring deals that deliver long term benefits for both companies and shareholders.

Before launching Kamoa Capital, Scott served as Corporate Development Manager at Kingsrose Mining, where he built a strong foundation across strategy, commercial, and investor relations functions. In that role he gained hands on experience in driving corporate growth, managing market communications, and supporting investment decisions, which helped shape his approach to resource industry advisory. Today he combines this deep sector insight with a genuine passion for the industry, enabling him to accelerate growth and optimise shareholder outcomes for the companies he supports.

Adriana Blesa

Head of Safety and Sustainability in Discovery and Geosciences - Anglo American

Adriana Blesa has more than 25 years of experience in the industry. She brings global experience and has worked for junior and major companies exploring for multiple commodities and deposit styles, mostly in the Americas and Africa. Adriana currently holds the role of Head of Safety and Sustainability at Anglo American. She also held government positions in Argentina, serving as Environmental Controller for mining activity and as Mining Director.

Adriana is an enthusiastic and results-oriented leader overseeing mineral exploration teams in various jurisdictions and geological terrains, including Cu-Mo-Au porphyry and HS/LS epithermal precious metal systems in South America, as well as basin-hosted systems in Africa. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Geology and an MSc in Geology from the Colorado School of Mines, obtained through a Fulbright scholarship.

Adriana has successfully led and collaborated with diverse teams in a variety of geological regions and work scales, ranging from generative through advanced prospect evaluation and target delineation stages. She is passionate about building team cultures with safety as the core value. Adriana enjoys cross-functional team leadership and is a strong promoter of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She is permanently curious and an innovator at heart, enjoying strategizing and applying creative and innovative thinking in the optimization of exploration business systems and workflows to achieve consistent and predictable results.

Adriana has loved working in different parts of the world and understands the value that cultural diversity brings to global teams. She brings broad tenement and permitting experience, government relations, and regulatory compliance expertise in multiple jurisdictions.

Alex Foty

Alex Foty is a finance professional specializing in the mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors, with over eight years of experience in investment analysis and corporate strategy across Canada and Australia. She is currently a Finance Manager at JOLT, a global EV charging platform that builds, owns, and operates fast charging networks in cities worldwide.

Before joining JOLT, Alex was an M&A Business Analyst at Newcrest Mining in Melbourne, where she played a significant role in the 2021 acquisition of Pretium Resources. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Metals & Mining Equity Research Associate at National Bank Financial and later joined the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan as an Infrastructure & Natural Resources Investment Analyst.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering from McGill University, an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, and is a CFA charterholder. Her contributions to the industry have been recognized with several honors, including the CIM-Bedford Canadian Young Mining Leaders Award in 2024 and the Mining Association of Canada’s Paul Stothart Memorial Scholarship in Mineral Economics in 2022.

Beyond her professional career, Alex is passionate about fostering inclusive workplaces for neurodivergent talent. In 2024, she was selected as a BMO GATE MBA Student Fellow, resulting in the publication of her fellowship project, "Women & ADHD in the Workplace," in collaboration with the Rotman Institute for Gender and the Economy.

Warren Rehn

Warren Rehn has over 40 years of experience in the mining industry including serving most recently as President, CEO and Director for Golden Minerals Company, a publicly listed mining company with holdings and operations in the USA, Mexico, and Argentina. Warren stepped down from his leadership role in Golden Minerals in 2024 and is now pursuing opportunities as a consultant in mineral exploration to several clients in the Americas as well as advancing a start up diamond drilling company in Nevada. Warren first joined Golden Minerals as VP Exploration in 2012 before moving up to run the company in 2015 successfully transitioning the company from an exploreco to a profitable gold and silver producer in 2021.

Warren held various positions at Barrick Gold Exploration, Inc., culminating as Chief Exploration Geologist for the Bald Mountain and Ruby Hill mining units where he lead teams that discovered and drilled out two million ounce plus gold resources. Warren held various roles as an international geologic consultant, exploration manager, and project geologist at a long list of major mining companies including Noranda, Gold Fields Mining, Cyprus, Placer Dome, Phelps Dodge, The US Geolgoical Survey, and Cites Service. Mr. Rehn holds an M.S. in Geology from the Colorado School of Mines and a B.S. in Geological Engineering from the University of Idaho.

As the founder of ENNSIGHT, Sergio leads a consulting firm focused on sustainable innovation, offering comprehensive services from strategic transformation and project generation to asset valuation and environmental assessments. ENNSIGHT collaborates with leading organizations such as Vista Oil & Gas, Aluvional S.A., Capex S.A., Halliburton, SLB, Chaco Minerals, advancing projects that prioritize cost efficiency and environmentally responsible practices in mining and energy. Under his leadership, ENNSIGHT has delivered tangible results, including a 30% cost reduction in unconventional well operations by sourcing fracturing sand locally.

In his role at EKOM Solutions, Sergio advises on cutting-edge, sustainable mining and energy solutions, specializing in technology-driven projects like potash production innovations, compact mobile dew point control systems for wellhead gas with low carbon footprints, and advanced flowback water treatment to minimize hydrocarbon content.
